Move to the cloud without losing a Monday.
One migration in three steps: email over a weekend, files over the next, then a hybrid setup for what has to stay close. Scroll to watch it happen.

Starting point
Everything’s in the building.
A 40-person distributor. Email on an aging Exchange server, a file server nobody is sure is backed up, and mail outages every time the internet blips.
Weekend 1
Email first.
Every mailbox, contact and shared calendar moved to Microsoft 365 over one weekend. Monday, the team logs in with the same addresses and signatures, and search is faster.
Weekend 2
Files, then SharePoint.
Shared drives moved to SharePoint and Teams with permissions intact. The S: drive still shows up for the people who like it that way.
Steady state
Hybrid is fine too.
The old inventory app that needs a Windows server moves to a small Azure VM. Nightly backups land in AWS. Not everything has to be a subscription app.
Done
The switch nobody noticed.
Old server wiped, powered down and recycled. No server closet to cool, fewer 3 a.m. alerts, and one predictable monthly bill. Business carries on.
