04What they say

From the people who practice here.

"I came in for my lower back and stayed for the Tuesday yin class. It's the one hour of the week nobody can reach me, and my back hasn't felt this good in years."

Nora S.ER nurse · member, 3 years

"The sound bath was the first time in months I fell asleep without my phone in my hand. I've booked one every month since, and I bring a friend most times."

Daniel R.Software engineer · member, 1 year

"My private sessions were built around a knee surgery. Maya checked in with my physical therapist and adjusted every pose. I'm back in group classes now."
