The tools your team works in, built and shipped by one small studio.

Internal tools, integrations and CI/CD for teams of 10 to 200. Too small for a platform team, too dependent on software to keep patching it by hand. That's the work we take on.

Ask in Slack. Really.

Every client gets a shared Slack channel with the engineers who built their stack. Questions go to someone who has read the code, and most get an answer within the hour.

Hey Priya, the nightly invoice sync failed again and finance is asking

On it. Pulling the job logs now.

Found it. The Stripe key was rotated and the job still had the old one. Moved it to the secret store and re-ran.

All the invoices are there. Thank you!

Engineers, not account managers

You talk to the people writing your code, in your own Slack.

Small, shippable steps

Working software every week or two, not a big reveal at the end.

You own everything

Code, infrastructure and credentials live in your accounts from day one.

Plain English, price first

You get a fixed scope and a number before any work starts.

We ran payroll exports out of a spreadsheet macro nobody understood. Forkline replaced it with a small internal app in five weeks, and it hasn't failed once since.

Deploys used to take an afternoon and some luck. Now they take eight minutes and anyone on the team can run one. Their handoff docs were better than ours.

Marcus T.CTO · property-management software

They found almost $4,000 a month in AWS resources we'd forgotten about, then wrote the Terraform so it can't creep back. It paid for itself in the first month.

common.questions
Do we have to sign a long retainer?

No. Most work starts as a fixed-scope project. If you want us around afterward, a monthly support block is optional and cancels with 30 days' notice.

What does it cost?

It depends on the scope, so we quote a fixed price after the scoping call, every time.

Do you work in our repos and cloud accounts?

Yes. We work in your GitHub org and your AWS or GCP accounts, so you own everything from the first commit.

We already have developers. Can you still help?

Yes. We can own one project, build the pipeline they deploy with, or keep things running while they ship features.
