Rack 01 · Power
Power that doesn't blink.
Two utility feeds, N+1 UPS, and two 1 MW diesel generators with 48 hours of fuel on site. Every cabinet gets A and B circuits from separate power paths, so one can fail and nothing goes down.
Rack 20 · Cooling
Cold aisle, contained.
You're standing in the cold aisle. Server fronts face in and pull in cool air; hot exhaust leaves out the back and gets ducted away. Inlet air stays between 68 and 77°F all year.
Rack 40 · Network
Four carriers, one cable away.
Blended bandwidth from four carriers with automatic failover between them. Prefer your own provider? A cross-connect to any carrier in the building is a ticket, not a project.
Rack 60 · Support
Someone is always on the floor.
Remote hands around the clock, with 30 minutes a month included. We'll swap a drive, reseat a cable or read you an LED. Managed plans add patching, backups and monitoring.
